Booking & Cancellation

Booking:


On-location services:

All on-location sound baths, services & retreats require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date. 

On-location services booked within 11 days of the scheduled event must be made in full. 

Retreats: Each retreat is tailored to the needs of the event and payment policies may vary. Please read each retreat's booking policy thoroughly to be sure of specified payment periods.

To book: Complete an on-location event BOOKING REQUEST FORM

Upon review, you will receive an email confirming availability and be scheduled a detailed consultation, if you have not done so already. After our consultation, you'll receive a detailed service agreement & invoice for your deposit. Once your deposit is received you will receive a confirmation of your secured date & payment.


Completed payment is due no later than 1 week (seven days) prior to the event start date unless stated otherwise through an individualized policy and will be charged automatically to the card on file 7 days before scheduled service. Alternative payment requests may be made to bookin@sound-body.org before the completed payment is charged.


Private appointments/Workshops/Event Tickets:

For private one-on-one sessions. preferred pairings, and package discounts, payments must be made in full at the time of booking. 


Cancellations:


On-location services:

Cancellations made 11 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund less the 20% non-refundable deposit and may be rescheduled at no charge.

 

Cancellations made 10 days or less of the event will receive a 50% refund. An additional deposit may be required to rebook at the practitioner’s discretion.


Retreats: Each retreat is tailored to the needs of the event and refund policies may vary. Please read each retreat's cancelations policy thoroughly to be sure of specified cancelation periods.


Workshops/Special Event Tickets:

Refunds cannot be made for the purchase of event admissions. Please try to resale your unused tickets or consider paying it forward for another attendee. 

Private appointments:

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 hours before appointment start time without penalty. No show appointments or last minute cancellations may be subject to 20% fee or a forfeiture of the appointment at practitioner’s discretion.


We understand that life happens. In case of emergency and to avoid a cancellation fee, please reschedule within 2 hours or contact booking@sound-body.org within 24 hours of your missed appointment to reschedule at no penalty. 

Sound Body Wellness Packages that have been purchased may be canceled and receive a full refund of any unused services, less a %10 service fee for charged cards.

Any unforeseen cancellations made by the practitioner are entitled to a full refund.

Travel:

On-location services are based on travel within the Allegheny County region. For travel outside of this area an additional amount of $1 per mile may be assessed for travel time & resources. Travel beyond state lines may require additional accommodations.
