Below is an outline of our standard booking and cancellation policies which apply to all services and offerings, unless otherwise stated within the agreement. For special arrangements or requests, please contact us to see how we can work with you.
To book: Complete a custom BOOKING REQUEST FORM
Upon review, you will receive an email with a custom quote confirming availability and to schedule a detailed consultation, if you have not done so already. After our consultation, you’ll receive a detailed service agreement & invoice with credit card authorization to secure your booking.
Deposits:
All on-location event services, planning & retreat reservations require a 50% deposit and credit card on file at the time of booking to reserve your date.
Services and events booked within 14 days of the scheduled event must be made in full.
Final Payments:
Event Services and Planning: Payments should be made in full no later than 14 days prior to your service or event.
Retreat Reservations: Final Payments may vary depending on venue requirements. Standard final payments are due no later than 45 days prior to the retreat. Please read your retreat payment policy for specific deadlines.
All final payments will be charged automatically to the card on file 14 days (prior to event/planning services) or 45 days (prior to retreat reservations) unless otherwise stated in writing. Alternative payment requests may be made to bookin@sound-body.org before the completed payment is charged.
Private Appointments & Drop-in Sessions/Workshops:
For private sessions and drop-in events or workshops, payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
On-location Event & Planning Services:
Deposits are fully refundable up to 70 days before your event start date, less a 6% service fee. Cancellations made within 70 days of the event date are 50% refundable and may be subject to material or restocking fees dependent on the extent of planning that has occurred. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 70 days of the event may reschedule at no extra charge and are subject to availability.
Retreats:
Deposits are fully refundable up to 70 days before your event start date, less a 6% service fee. Cancellations made within 70 days of the event date are 50% refundable and may be subject to material or restocking fees. Cancellations made within 35 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
Private Appointments & Drop-in Sessions/Workshops:
Refunds cannot be made for private appointments, drop-in sessions and special event admissions. Please try to re-sell your unused tickets or consider paying it forward for another attendee.
Private appointments may be rescheduled up to 4 hours before appointment start time without penalty. No show appointments or last minute cancellations are subject forfeiture of payment at the practitioner’s discretion.
We understand that life happens. In case of emergency and to avoid a cancellation fee, please reschedule within 4 hours or contact booking@sound-body.org within 24 hours of your missed appointment to reschedule at no penalty.
Any unforeseen cancellations made by the practitioner are entitled to a full refund.
On-location services are based on travel within 50 miles of the practitioner’s location. For travel outside of this area an additional amount of $1 per mile may be assessed for travel time & resources. Travel beyond state lines requires additional accommodations which vary based on location.
